Standards of Professional Practice (SPP) on Post Construction Services

The role of an architect does not end immediately after the construction phase, but also
extends after construction. First of all, it is a typical development situation to see a stampede while the
work is in progress. Whether it's a new development or an extension or refurbishment, which too
requires some destruction. When the development plan goes overboard, a lot of waste accumulates.

occupancy. Architects not only think about the possible end users of a project, but also the future users
in order to achieve building efficiency. Studies, research, innovation of ideas and much more, an
architect deserves to be called a good investment. In short, in any construction related to the building, it
