AFFIDAVIT

         I, SERAPIO LADDARAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and currently

residing at Barangay Angancasillan, Cabagan, Isabela, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, deposes and states:

1. That I was a tenant of Desiderio Frogoso from 1976 to 1995

over a parcel of land situated at Angancasillan, Cabagan,
Isabela.
2. That from 1976 to 1987, I used the said land as corn plantation
and that from 1987 to 1995 due to the irrigation system built
thereon, I used the same for rice farming.
3. That from 1976 to 1995 I religiously paid my “tercia” to Mr.
Desiderio Frogoso.
4. That on , I together with my co tenants applied for the
Comprehensive Agrarian Reform program of the government
so that we will have our own land to till.
5. That sometime on 1995 Mr. Desiderio evicted me and
substituted another person as tenant thereof.
6. That I left without hesitation and
7. That on the last week of May 2021, officials of Municipal
Agrarian Reform Office (MARO, for brevity)s called for a
meeting with the former tenants and heirs of the former tenants
of Mr. Desiderio Frogoso together with the Barangay Officials
and showed to us Transfer Certificate of Titles issued on 14 th
day of Otober 1987 to the former tenants of Mr. Desiderio
Frogoso (Attached herewith is a photocopy of Transfers
Certificate of Title as ANNEX”A”).
8. That according to the officials of MARO, they will not give to the
former tenants and/or heirs of the former tenants the original
copies of the Transfer Certificate of Titles unless they are in
actual possession of the land.
9. I am therefore executing this Affidavit to attest to the
truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purpose and intent this may serve
