Climate change is a huge environmental issue nowadays. The planet's


average surface temperature has risen about 1.62 degrees Fahrenheit
since the 19th century due to increases in carbon dioxide in the
atmosphere.

Mental Health

According to the latest National Health and Morbidity Survey, every
three in 10 adults aged 16 years and above in Malaysia suffer from
some form of mental health issues.

Exponential Growth of Tourism



According to ‘The World Counts’ website, in 1950 there were 25 million
international tourist arrivals, in 1970 the number was 166 million, and
by 1990 it had grown to 435 million. From 1990 to 2018 numbers more
than tripled reaching 1.442 billion. By 2030, 1.8 billion tourist arrivals
are projected.

Food Waste

Food waste may occur at any stage of the food supply chain, such as
processing, retail, and consumption. Food waste has become a global
issue. Beyond the food product, we also waste resources such as fuel
and water through the entire supply chain process.
