SCOPE AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SALE


VUR-MAK Concrete Batching Plant which is suitable for the model and capacity requested by the Customer within the scope of this
specification shall be manufactured, delivered and assembled on site (Hereafter referred to as "Product"). The Customer accepts
and undertakes to pay the price of the Product it purchases in the amount and time specified in the relevant articles to
Vur-mak Vuruskan Makina San. ve Tic. A.S.. The technical specifications of the Product are an integral part of this specification.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
i.%100 confirmed L/C (irrevocable) or 50% advance payment on the date of the order and 50% before shipment by cash.
ii.The Customer will be responsible of carrying out the obligations from signature date within 3 working days.
The supplier reserves the right to change the delivery time of the contract if the order advance is not paid within 3 working days.
iii.The remaining balance will be paid in accordance with the payment terms written on the terms of payment within
5 working days to Vur-mak Vuruskan MakinaSan. ve Tic. A.S. after informing the Customer that the machine is ready to be
delivered at the factory. After Vur-mak Vuruskan Makina San. Ve Tic. A.S. informs the customer that the machine is ready for
delivery at the factory, customer will pay the remaining balance according to the payment conditions specified in the specification
within 5 working days.
iiii. The fact that the customer cannot take the Product within planned time will never be an obstacle to the payment
of the remaining balance.
FREIGHT PROCESS AND PLACE
Unless indicated otherwise, the freight will be provided by the Customer. The Customer have to notify address of worksite to
Vur-mak Vuruskan Makina San. ve Tic. A.S. 1 week prior to shipment the latest.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is within 3-4 business weeks. This period will start when all official formalities specified here are fulfilled,
official payments, all agreed guarantees given and all other preconditions are fulfilled.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The location of installation area will be informed by the Customer. Following the signing of the contract, the customer is obliged
to submit the site plan to Vur-mak Vuruskan Makina San. Ve Tic. A.S. within 1 week at the latest. In case of late submittance of the
site plan, Vur-mak Vuruskan Makina San. ve Tic. A.S. reserves the right to change the delivery time of the contract.

2. о Getting visa and working permissions of our workers


о All expenses for travel, food, hotel and accommodation of our workers
о Civil works
о To provide and lay the main power cable for the plant up to the control room
о To provide the necessary electric energy for the installation
о To provide and lay water and additive pipes up to the mixer units
о To provide calibrations weights
о To provide the necessary crane and tools for the erection
о To provide the water pump or hydrophore,
о To install the grounding rods at the period of civil works

Note : It is the responsibility of the Company to make the ground survey of the land and to prepare the construction project.
GUARANTEE TERMS AND PERIOD
The Concrete Batching Plant is guaranteed for 13 (thirteen) months from the date of shipment or 12 (twelve) months or
100,000 m3 of concrete production from the date of completion of the installation against all kinds of material and workmanship
defects except as follows. In the determination of the warranty period, one of the above mentioned dates will be taken into
account (whichever expires first. The following conditions are not covered by the guarantee;
о Worn and consumable materials.
о Electrical motors,valve coils,PLC modules,Valves
о Malfunctions and damages that may arise from maintenance faults and deficiencies.
о Damages caused by natural disasters.
о Malfunctions and damages that may occur due to overvoltage fluctuations.
о The guarantee of the materials supplied by Vur-mak Vuruskan Makina San. ve Tic A.S. is limited to the guarantee of
the manufacturer companies.
о Faults and damages caused by the use of non-original (equivalent) spare parts.
о During the warranty period, the meals, accommodation and local transportation needs of the Vur-mak's staff

will be covered by the Customery during the entire service period.

The space required for the mixer maintenance is provided with the 700-800 mm walk ladder and mixer corner space.
