Job Description

bonus! Hiring for days, evenings and overnights!

Pay is based on experience. No experience as an HHA necessary

Job Purpose:Performs services to the facility and residents as necessary to maintain the
personal comfort and cleanliness of our residents. Included is any combination of
housekeeping/cleaning duties to maintain resident apartments in a clean and orderly
manner. Other duties include but not limited to providing personal cares for the residents
including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and medication
administration, lead activity groups, and preparing and serving meals

Skills/Qualifications:• Be at least 16 years of age, Ability to read, write and follow written
and verbal directions, Demonstrated the ability to work with little supervision and make
appropriate judgment., Possess and maintains good physical and mental health, including
current TB testing policy, Have US citizenship or evidence of valid alien work
permit,Minnesota Department of Health background study clearance suitable for working
in a Vulnerable Adult environment,Must be able to work a schedule that includes rotating
weekends and holidays

Reports to: Site Manager
