Well first of all, the main thing you need to know is that modern electronic inventions

have transformed people’s jobs and their leisure time, so that many people spend less
time doing exercise. However, it is not certain that this has damaged their health. In
fact, electric inventions improved our life. For example, computers could help office
employees in work better than past, actually they have always worked sitting down
like before, and computers have not affected to physical works such as farming or
building either, and people still do physical work like they did in the past. On top of
that I can also add that the way people spend their leisure time changed greatly.
Which means they spend many hours watching TV and playing computer, so they
don’t do so much exercise. This is one reason which has made more people
overweight and affects to their health when they are old. However, people gains
weight because they eat more food than before so they shouldn’t blame electronic
inventions for everything. What is more, new technologies have led to better
medicine, and as a result people live longer. So actually, I believe that electric
inventions don’t affect negative on people’s health. On the other hand we should still
do a reasonable amount of exercise.
