Interpersonal conflict is commonly referred to as a personality conflict. This occurs when people
disagree with one another for reasons that are irrelevant to the topic at hand. Typically, this
disagreement takes the shape of aggressive words directed at another person's personal traits. Pseudo
conflict is an example of this form of conflict that I used to explain and I chose as a topic which often
occurs in one of the following situations: because of a misconception, the parties involved in the conflict
believe they have distinct aims whereas, in reality, they have identical goals.

I will let the two ways in right one way.

As a student I choose this pseudo conflict because resolving pseudo is without too much trouble. It
generally just takes a bit of clarification about what you actually meant or some further exploration of
how your goals actually do align. Because most individuals dislike being teased, especially in front of
others, you may need to talk through the taunting.My plan to accomplish my intended task are the
following steps:

• Recognize and acknowledge the presence of disputes;

• Assess the current situation; and

• Encourage accurate communication


• Listen and raise questions

• Allow free expression

• Focus on the issue

comprehensive agreement as a compromise.This is the best case scenario. Both parties are entirely
satisfied with the results, and both consider that the resolution is the best and most successful way to
resolve the problem.
