The pie charts demonstrate data for the amount of electricity was produced by

fuel source in two different countries over a period of 20 years.

In general, it can be seen that both total production in Australia and France
witnessed sharp increases and the kinds of fuel sources tended to be used
differently in each nation.

In Australia, a rise in electricity was recorded by 70 units from 1980 to 2000.

Coal was the largest proportion of fuel sources in both two years, at 50% and
130% respectively. The figures for hydropower saw a remarkable climb by
16% compared to the percentage in 1980. There were plunges in the figures for
oil and natural gas which accounted for very little % in 2000.

In France, total production went up higher than in Australia by 20 units and

ended at 180 units in 2000. Nuclear water was the most prominent change in
fuel source, which rocket by over 110% over 20 years, while the figures for oil,
natural gas, and coal underwent downward trends.

To sum up, the percentage of fuel source used in two countries remained
various trends and the units of electricity in France were slightly higher than
the number in Australia.
