Activity 4: Interpretation and Execution
Directions: Read, analyze, interpret and execute correctly the basic step and Figures of “Jive” in
the previous activity, where students and teacher demonstrates in this part.

Activity 5: Guide Questions
Directions: Read and answer the following questions.
1. How did you execute the basic steps of Jive?
With a partner of course, and with the holds and positions that corresponds in this
kind of social dance. I had a hard time in doing this because I’m not that good in
getting the steps right but I know that I did my best to do so.
2. Did you execute the different variation with grace and ethusiasm?
I’m not really sure of how I look but I did follow the holds and positions
needed.
