 The presentations should not have a lot of
visual load.
Informative Presentations  The text must not have personal
evaluations.
 It must have order.
 You must have the subject and the
audience well defined.
 It must be consistent.
 The presentation must be eye-catching to
attract attention.
 They use the appellative or connotative
language.
 Everything must be said with the utmost
Persuasive Presentation. security.
 It must have a strong ending.
 You must be quite prepared when
reporting.
 It seeks to impart the information in action.
 They are designed to be entertaining.
 They seek to change the perspective and
appeal to goodwill.
Goodwill Presentations.  They are mostly in the form of speech.
 It makes people who listen to you feel
better.
 They are also given as talks after dinner.
 They seek to generate respect.
 These presentations not only deal with a
specific topic.
 They have a hierarchical order.
 In these you can mix other types of
presentation such as the persuasive with
Multipurpose Presentations. the informative.
 They must identify well what they are going
to talk about so as not to make mistakes.
 They have an end and an objective.
 They must be struck with the appropriate
tone depending on which presentation is to
be taken into account.
 At the end of these the audience ends up
learning something new.
 It has to be explained giving value to what
is being said.
 If you plan to demonstrate a process, you
Instructional Presentations. must provide a demonstration of it.

 Feedback in these types of presentations
counts for a lot.
 Be attentive to the behavior of the
