The COVID-19 Pandemic caused a change to the learning set-up environment of the students,
from traditional learning to a modern digital online world. Online workshops and webinars
became so effective during these times. Thus, the organization has seen the importance of
conducting a technical workshop and live streaming application on Facebook where the

PSEM-VSC officers and members can be equipped with the basics and principles of this
application. Because of this experience, officers and students will be able to conduct more
webinars in the future. They will learn about the tools and technology available for live-
streamed broadcasts, which will benefit the organization for audience interaction.

The EMtechnical and Live Streaming Workshop is an activity for PSEM-VSC Officers and
Members to be equipped and trained on the basic concepts in Live Streaming broadcasting,
with an emphasis on tools, technologies, tactics, and tips. Furthermore, The use of the Zoom
Application and or MSteams in holding webinars, as well as becoming familiar with the
technical components and the Zoom to Facebook Live streaming process, will be tackled. All

session so that everyone with technical competence and talent can develop it and realize their
full potential. Both PSEM-VSC members and the organization will be successful in holding

application is granted.

MECHANICS

WORKSHOP LAUNCHING
1. EMtechnical and Live Streaming Workshop will be launched through the official PSEM-VSC
MSTeams Channel.
2. The launching shall include the mechanics, and registration form of the event.
3. The launching shall commence within the first semester of A.Y. 2021-2022.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
1. The student shall register to the Google Form and provide the necessary details posted on the
official PSEM-VSC MSTeams Channel.
2. The PSEM-VSC executive and committee officers are all required to register and attend the said
workshop.

SPEAKERS OF THE EVENT:


1. PSEM-VSC Executive Officers will choose who will be the speaker of the Event and will conduct
the technical workshop training and will teach the participants.
2. There will be 2-3 speakers, one who will teach the Zoom application technical aspects like
spotlight, the other one will teach the OBS and the other one will teach the ZOOM to FB Live
Streaming Application.
3. The Speakers, will be posted to the PSEM-VSC official FB Page, before the event will happen.

RULES DURING THE WORKSHOP:


1 PSEM-VSC Members and registrants of the event must attend to the workshop.
2 The students are required to fill in an attendance form, evaluation form after the event and will be
given a certificate one week after the event.
3 The student must mute their microphone and on or off their camera. But they are required to on
their camera if needed during the event.
4. The participants will have a final output that needs to be submitted and they are required to share
their screen or record their screen applying the Technical workshop and Live streaming
application discussions during the webinar.
5. The participants will submit their screen recording to the Project Committee as their final output
required for them to be given a certificate. (Maximum of 2 minute- share screen recording is
required). Deadline will be November 6, 2021.
