and paraphernalia.

1. Telephone Cleaning Cloth a.Unplug the telephone

Alcohol b.Spray the cleaning cloth with alcohol or water


then wipe the telephone.

c.After wiping the telephone also clean the tiny
Toothpick
whole and slots. Use toothpicks or buds in
Cotton Buds cleaning the tiny holes or slots.

d.Then use buds to clean the dial tone to remove


the excess dirt.

2. Fax machine Lint Free Cloth a.Unplug the telephone line, and then unplug the
power cord.
Isopropyl alcohol
b.Open the document tray, and then the Control
Panel.

c.Wipe dirt off the machine using a lint free cloth.

d.Clean the white bar and the glass cover. Moisten


a small piece of clean soft, lint-free cloth with
isopropyl alcohol and carefully remove dirt from the
glass cover and the white bar of the scanner.

e.Close the Control Panel and then the document


tray.

3. Printer Rubbing Alcohol a.Take out the ink-head or cartridge.

Sponge Swab b.Gently clean the print head contacts with a little
rubbing alcohol on a sponge swab or you can put a
Brush little alcohol on a stiff bristle brush and brush the
contacts.

c.Wipe excess ink off the nozzles using a cloth.

d.Put the cartridge back in.

e.Start a print test to make sure you’ve gotten rid of


excess ink.

4. Computer Electrostatic Cloth a.First,unplug the computer

Cotton Buds b.Second,wipe the monitor with electrostatic cloth


Cleaning Solution c.Third,use cotton buds and cleaning solution for
your keyboard

d.In cleaning your mouse you have to remove the
trackball to remove the dirt inside(if it can be
removed)

5. File Cabinet Cloth a.Remove everything from the filing cabinet. Store
your paperwork and important files in a safe place
Vacuum until the filing cabinet is clean and ready to use
again.
Steel Wool
b.Use the attachment hose of a vacuum to remove
A soapy water dirt and dust from inside the filing cabinet.
Blow dryer c.It’s very possible your filing cabinet has rust
spots. One way to get rid of these rust spots is to
gently scrub them with steel wool.

d.Use a clean cloth or sponge and soapy water to


wipe down the filing cabinet inside and out. Pay
special attention to the corners, crevices, and door
tracks where dirt tends to collect.

e.Dry the cabinet with a clean cloth. If you really


need to speed things up, you can use a blow dryer
to get those corners dry quickly.

2- Give at least 10 general tips for proper use of tools and equipment

1.Use the tools intended for its purpose.

2.Handle all the electrical tools and equipment with caution.

3.Turn off if not used.

4.All power tools must be grounded before use.

5.Clean and Dry after use.

6.Let it rest.

7.Handle it with care.

8.Do not use it if it is still wet.

9.After using it, always unplug it.

10.Do not use the tools and equipment if it is not their purpose.
