Directions: Create at least one example of performance task indicating the procedure how to be
done. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of that activity.
Performance Task: Debates
Procedures: a. the teacher group the students into two groups.
b. after grouping the group will choose their as a leader.
c. the teacher give them an information that they need to depend. It is agree
or disagree with the statement.
d. they were going to discuss the flow of the discussion so that they can
answer some argumentation.
e. it all is ready, the teacher will give an instructions to the learners on how it
is done.
f. After that they are going to debate and depend where they are.
Advantages;
a. Students develop a new perspective
b. Leads to greater personal Satisfaction
c. Results in better team working skills
d. Enhances overall learning
e. Students learn how to overcome conflict
Disadvantages:
a. Can cause conflict between group members
b. Unequal participation form students
c. Students may avoid the task
d. Can be extremely time consuming
e. Individual needs are dominated by the needs of the group.

1. Does performance-based assessment cover important skills and knowledge?
Yes it cover the performance assessment requires students to demonstrate
knowledge and skills, including the process by which they solve problems. Performance
assessments measure skills such as the ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines,
contribute to the work of a group, and develop a plan of action when confronted with a
new situation.
2. Does the assessment you give to your child worthwhile educational experiences?
The assessment that I give to my students is worthwhile in terms of educational
experiences because being a being it is our duty to give them a suit assessment that they are
capable of. Also these gives them to have a better understanding even how difficult it is.

Directions: Answer the following questions. (ANSWER)
1. The reason why it is very important to discuss the constraints in performance-based
assessment because performance criteria should be clear and you should be able to
focus specifically on these things so that your students can “show what they know”.
Performance assignments help students show what their real work looks like in the
field. For example, what does it mean to be a writer, mathematician, historian, or
scientist?
2. A. Define goals and decide what to evaluate. This can usually be achieved by
reviewing the criteria and objectives. For example, the following benchmark
requires a score that is clearly different from the objective quiz question.
3. As a 21st century educator, this is a big challenge for the new things we encounter
during training. Yes, our education requires proper training to teach learners to be
productive. As a teacher, you need to be flexible to your learners so that they can
easily understand what you are being taught.
ACTIVITY (SLOGAN)
The Performance based assessment form the slogan I have, it is being measures the
student's ability to apply the skills and knowledge acquired in one or more learning units.
On how the students response an idea that give them a progression to think more of skills
and knowledge. Through these slogan it tell us that through performing based we became
what we are in the future.
