My Career Plan after SHS Graduation

Everytime I read this title it feels me more inspired and encourage to finish my study.

Oh, My God! Wow... This is it folks. After my senior high school graduation this would be the
time to set up my mind that "walang atrasan na ito, laban lang Kung laban" and I need to wrap
my self with determination to success, self confidence in bringing my self, endeavor and
perseverance in stepping my foot in a University.

I wanted to begin my career plan when I started to step my foot at the Bukidnon State
University (BukSU), in this University were I want to begin my my dream profession and to
pursue my study. When I get there I want to apply some scholarship in order to sustain my
needs, school fees, projects, and financial. Then I'm willing to pick a four years course The
Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) because working in a big
Hotels has really fascinates and interest within my self. During my 4 year's in studying BS in
Hotel and Restaurant Management, I will my develop my effective communication and
interpersonal skills which are essential in establishing positive employer/employee/customer
relations which I can use in applying at any branches of big Hotels here in Mindanao. As fresh
graduates of BSHRM who have no prior experience. Then I would have to start with the entry
level job as a Front Desk clerk and if you don't mind being a Front Desk Clerk is a person who
takes charge of guest reception inquiries and reservations, checks in guests upon arrival as well
as giving the best customer service to promote a positive first impression and I love to doing it
everyday. After few years of working as a Front Desk Clerk then I want to take an advance
position. I think this is the time to be in my desired position, a kind of career that I always
dream at night, a profession that I'm dreaming and my one and only career plan, is no other
than to be a MANAGER. Well, being a Front Office Manager is a person who supervises front
office personnels and ensures that all front desk duties are properly completed they are also
responsible in the preparation of the budget for the front office department. To be a Front
Office Manager is the only position that will felt me contented in the field of jobs. And I'm
gonna hold on it because with my perseverance nothing is impossible.

It is true that what interest us now will be the stepping stone for our future career. In choosing
a career it should be something that really fascinates and interest us. Though I may face
challenges along the way, it would be easier for me to succeed knowing that I want what I'm
doing. Just like a qoute I have read a while ago, "Choose what really interest you and pursue it".
And someday I'm gonna be a Front Desk Manager in a big and famous Hotel and I'm gonna
hold on it no matter what happens. See you soon...!
