Conclusion :
- Flange & bush joint intake manifold bank B corrosion because it happened condensation in the
fuel gas
- Found cylinder B5 measure value valve lag was limits because valve seat and valve stem were
uneven (71,60 mm)

Recommendation :
- Renew flange & bush joint intake manifold bank A & B
- Renew / exchange cylinder head B5
