INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses ALEXIS BERDIN, of the crime of

VIOLATION OF R.A. 10591 committed as follows:

That on the 9th day of November 2021, at around 9:00 o’clock in

the morning more or less, at Barangay Tapon, Dalaguete, Province of
Cebu, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court,
the above-named accused, with deliberate intent and without authority
of the law, did then and there willfully, unlawfully, feloniously have in
possession and custody a loose firearm i.e. one (1) .357 caliber
revolver loaded with three (3) live ammunitions, without the necessary
permit or authority from proper government authorities.

evidence submitted by them, there exists a reasonable ground to
believe that the crime has been committed and that the accused is
probably guilty thereof. The accused not having opted to avail his right
to preliminary investigation and not having executed a waiver pursuant
to Article 125 of the Revised Penal Code.
