Tujuan :Observasi pada siswa yang membutuhkan asesmen dan intervensi oleh psikolog sekolah
Setting :Sebuah Sekolah Dasar, pada berbagai jam pelajaran yang berbeda (termuat pada kolom time dan task)
Metode :Naratif, anecdotal recordings (observer mencatat apapun yang tampak relevan)
Deskripsi subjek :S, kelas 3 SD, laki-laki, Australian, rambut lurus pirang pucat, ukuran tubuh lebih kecil daripada teman seusianya, berkacamata,
wajah nampak agak berbeda (wajah kecil, bulat, gigi kurang rapi)
