Theme: Describing how important is Ergonomics in your life.

1.-Describe how important is Ergonomics in yourlife.

Thanks to ergonomics, I can have a workplace and that the machines I use are
adapted to my needs, this enables me not to have to adapt my body and my way of
working to my environment, but the other way around. In this way, I am not
subjected to uncomfortable postures that could stress me or endanger my health. It
will also allow me to obtain first-hand information on the aspects to improve in my
work environment.

2.- How do you implement Ergonomics in your regular day?

I implement ergonomics in my day to day with respect to my image, my behavior,

and my habits, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, having the height and
dimension of my chair with the correct posture, it also helps me at the moment to
do my virtual classes, keeping my vision to the computer with a short distance, also
with the homework, and thus in all the activities that I do.
