I am pleased to be writing to you regarding my application for the new graduate ICU position at Kendall Regional
Medical Center. I believe I am an ideal candidate from my qualifications and experience.

I am graduating December 2021 with my Associate of Nursing and planning to take the NCLEX by the end of January.
Prior to attending Miami Dade College, I attained my Licensed Practical Nursing and had various clinical experience
ranging from nursing homes, hospitals, and clinics. I describe myself as being organized, responsible, and adaptable.

I am a patient care technician in the step-down unit at Kendall Regional. This opportunity has helped me in various
aspects to establish a foundation in a critical setting. Besides caring for the patients with assisting in activities of daily
living, I have been floated to other floors too. Several floors where I have been floated include behavioral health,
telemetry, recovery medical-surgical, emergency room, and intensive care unit.
