Olga: No. Do you have any vacancies?
R: Well, We have various choices for you. We have single room, twin room, double room, adjoining
double room. What kind of room would you like?
Olga: I’d like a single room
R: OK, we have 3 types of single rooms: single room, single en suite room and single en suite with
view of seafront room, which is very popular with our guests in vacation.
Olga: I bet it is! I’d like to take a single room with a view. What’s the room rate?
R: There’re 40€ per night
Olga: Fine, Do guests have to pay to use the breakfast?
R: Well, guests don’t pay for the breakfast if they reserved a room. But we do charge a small fee if
you want to use lunch or evening meal. You will have to pay 10€ for lunch and 15€ for evening meal
Olga: What time is breakfast served at?
R: Breakfast is from 8 to 10 am each morning
Olga: Right. And would I need to book any of the facilities or can I just come whenever I want?
R: You can use swimming pool, wifi in all common areas, conference room,ballroom and park for
free. But you will have to pay 5€ extra for room service.  How long will you be staying?
Olga: I’ll be staying for 12 days starting March 2nd. But I have limited mobility and rely on a
wheelchair. Can you assist me?
R: Our staff will assist you with your commute. Just call the front desk if you need any extra towels
or pillows.
Olga: Ok, fine
R: I just need to take some personal information. What is your full name?
Olga: Olga Bagshaw
R: And your address?

R: Oh congratulation! sorry, but we don't have bridal suite; instead, you can choose double room,
which is very popular with our guests in honeymoon. We have double room and double en suite
Norris: I bet it is! What’s the room rate?
R: There’re 35€ per night for double room and 40€ for double en suite
Norris: Fine, I’d like to take a double en suite.Do guests have to pay to use the breakfast?
R: Well, guests don’t pay for the breakfast if they reserved a room. But we do charge a small fee if
you want to use lunch or evening meal. You will have to pay 15€ for lunch and 15€ for evening meal
