Preparations were needed on 20 different systems including master data, sales orders, purchasing, inventory, production, and accounting reports. 3. Several issues were identified including problems with item master data not displaying, sales order fields clearing on edits, rounding errors in delivery orders, duplicate stock quantities shown in APS-MO, and license activation needed for EMI2.

    1. Master : A. Item Master = Sub item tidak berfungsi (dalam database ada namun view tidak muncul)
    2. Sales Order :
    A. Order List Edit = Jika merubah Delivery Date, Price & Amount menjadi blank
    B. Delivery Order (Print Surat Jalan) = Jumlah/Qty menjadi pembulatan tidak sesuai qty entry (14.6 -> 15)
    3. APS-MO : A. Item Code yang sama pada satu project, tidak di kalkulasi qtynya. Sehingga sistem membaca double persediaan stock gudang (Detail di Grup WA)
    4. License EMI2 tidak aktif
    5. Pro Result (EOS-TAB) : Qty Result bisa melebihi qty Plan
    6. Pro. Confirmation : Buat validasi jika qty stock gudang tidak cukup
