CORO carbide rolls

Oval reducing, round reducing, sizing, forming and profiling rolls for the production of smooth
and ribbed wire.
CORO carbide rolls are used especially in situations where productivity and wire quality are
the most important factors. Examples include the production of reinforcing mesh for the
construction industry or the production of finished wire for the manufacture of fences and
other industrial meshes.

CORO roll holders
Your biggest plus for process reliability

As a manufacturer, we recommend the use of CORO roll holders for the highest process
reliability of your cold rolling lines and the longest possible working life of your rolls.
The holders are made from carbonised and hardened housings and run exclusively on
SKF bearings.
The special Viton O-rings and the optimum grease of the bearings ensure enormously high
temperature resistance and very low grease consumption.
