Subject: Unjustified Deduction of amount from salary of February 2021

Dear Sir,

We would like to bring your kind notice that myself Afzal Khan & Joyanul Abiden, received salary of
February 2021 On Sunday 28 th February 2021 with deduction of SR. 150/-, upon verification with HR –
Department, we came to know that it was deducted due to violation of throwing the cigarette pack at
plant premises, we were surprise to receive the salary with deduction as we are not aware of any such
violation.

We checked with Safety Department and found that there is no such evidence found that we throw the
cigarette pack, the amount was deducted upon benefit of doubt as we are smoker, apart from that
there was no warning or intimation from safety at violation point and we have not singed any
violation sheet/form.

In this regards requesting Safety & HR – Department to investigate, to pay back our deducted
amount, as you are aware that we are earning small salary and deduction will have much impact on our
families.

We strongly believe that Al Hamrani Management will do the justification and return our amount and we
are always following safety rules & regulations and we ensure you our continuous efforts in development
of the company.
