2021 Success Plan

Success Plan Overview

The Success Plan is a requirement for RcSI and Solution Partners. It is meant to be a planning tool to help the system integrator,
Rockwell Automation and the distributor to meet on a regular basis to drive business growth for all parties. The Success Plan
should be developed at the beginning of each year. It should be agreed to and signed by the appropriate people and sent to the
Regional SI/SP Program Manager in each of the regions. Regular follow-ups (at least quarterly) are required to make sure we
are meeting the goals you have established by reviewing progress of the action items and potentially setting new goals as older
goals are realized.

Tab 2 - General Information

This tab should be updated at the beginning of each year, or at renewal time of the program. The intent of this information is to
help promote your company on our website. The company information should be based on the overall ogranization - including
all locations. We ask that the HQ location provide the overall company information and develop the overall plan for the pursuits
they are driving from HQ. For their other (multi-site) locations, we encourage a local success plan, using tab 3, for the
markets/industries they are pursuing in those other locations. The local plan does not have to be turned in to the Regional SI/SP
PRogram manager, but we encourage them to be shared with the appropriate people at the HQ location.

NOTE: The information under current partner web site, is to make sure the Solution Partner logo is being used appropriately,
and that no competitive logos are being promoted. Failure to comply will lead to removal from Web site and SI capability
database and potentially removal from the Solution Partner level of our program.

Tab 3 - Business Goals

This tab is meant to be a roadmap for the system integrator and the local RA and distributor to drive value in our program. We
look to our RcSIs and Solution Partners to be advocates for Rockwell Automation in the market place and want to use this
section as a guide to help the system integrator realize a return on the investment you have made in our program. This section
is meant to be reviewed and updated regularly (at least on a quarterly basis) to make sure progress is being made toward the
goals that were established at the beginning of the year.

Tab 4 -Marketing Activities

This tab is meant to be a roadmap for the system integrator to work with Rockwell Automation to promote your successes and
help differentiate you in the market place. As the system integrator wins new business, we encourage case studies and
customer success stories to be done, so we can share them with Rockwell Automation employees and our customers.

Tab 5 -Approval
This tab is meant to make sure all appropriate parties agree to the plan. The signature page should be completed as part of the
plan that is submitted to the Regional SI/SP Program managers at the beginning of each year.
