Thus, the world renowned Ratha Yatra festival which is

visited by people all over the world has been beautifully
explained through this photo essay. This essay aims at
explaining the 12 to 14 day long world famed Ratha Yatra
festival through photos so that it reaches even people who
are not well versed in reading.Writing a Photo essay is not a
very easy task.It involves collecting,analysing,interpreating
pictures before posting them.It involves a lot of skill but is
also very interesting.Doing this project has given me the
teaching that photo journalism involves a lot of skill. It has
made me realise that it is not a easy task to write a photo
essay.Indeed,pictures speak more than words.Yet writing a
Photo essay was very interesting.I once again thank my
teachers for giving me this wonderful opportunity of writing
this photo essay which has given me a a lot of teaching and
also created a passion for photo journalism.
