High Strength, Non-Shrink, Pumpable Cementitious Grout

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ADVANTAGES / CHARACTERISTICS

RECEGROUT SL10 is a cementitious grout containing
carefully formulated blends of natural fine aggregates
and other materials, plus special admixtures which
enable them to achieve high early age strengths. It is
designed to incorporate a two-stage process that
counteracts the effects of shrinkage often associated
with cement grouts.
RECEGROUT SL10 provides the following properties:
• High early age strength development.
• High final strengths.
• Controlled bleeding and segregation while plastic.
• Excellent fluidity and substrate adhesion
• Ideal for use in pre-packed aggregate system of repair.

APPLICATIONS
USAGES
RECEGROUT SL10 in addition to those listed for RECEGROUT
SL10, are:
• Grouting into details and voids with narrow width
dimensions (3-4mm).
• Grouting under base plates, tanks, etc., where
dimensions are minimal.
• Grouting around pipe sleeves and liners.
• Grouting of rock anchors, tensioning cables, etc.
The surface to receive the grout must be clean and free from all
traces of loose materials, old coatings, curing membranes, release
agents laitance, oil and grease, etc. Substrate compression
strength should be atleast 20 MPa (3,000 psi). Place the mixed grout
into forms immediately after mixing, taking care to ensure no
air is trapped by pouring continuously. If formwork type repair
is used, leave the formwork in place for at least 5 days. Upon
removal of the formwork, cure the expose surface immediately
by spraying with RECEKURE S or use other curing methods. Clean all
tools and application equipment with water immediately after
use.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Pour the required amount of clean, fresh water into a
suitable mixing container and slowly add all of the
powder while mixing continuously with a mixing paddle
attached to a low speed electric drill (maximum 500rpm).
Thoroughly mix until a smooth, lump free consistency is
achieved.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Always wear rubber gloves, protective glasses and
appropriate working clothes
• When in contact with eyes or skin, wash with copious
amount of clean water
• Do not throw spills cleaning water into soil or bodies of
water or streams
• Do not mix with other chemicals
