and will be posted on the county’s website at www.mcohio.org per guidelines approved
by HB 197.

III. COUNTY ENGINEER – Paul Gruner, County Engineer

20-1498 Auth. certain streets located in Weatherstone, Section Four, Washington


Township, are satisfactory for placement in the Washington Township Road
System for maintenance, release the Sub-Divider’s Contract, and reduce
the Letter of Credit to the 10% maintenance amount.

20-1499 Release 10% Maintenance and Sidewalk Letters of Credit provided by


Inverness Group, Inc. for Weatherstone Estates, Section Three, Washington
Township.

Auth. payments by warrant to the City of Trotwood from Permissive Tax


Funds:

20-1500 2017 Resurfacing of Shiloh Springs and Thermal Striping Project, in the
amount of $55,800.

20-1501 2018 Resurfacing of Olive Road – Dayton Corp Line to US 35 Project, in the
amount of $94,200.

IV. COUNTY SHERIFF – Rob Streck

20-1502 Auth. the purchase from GEO Byers Sons Holding, LLC for six (6) 2021
Chevrolet Tahoe Vehicles, in an amount not to exceed $234,633.

V. JUVENILE COURT – Anthony Capizzi, Administrative Judge

20-1503 Auth. an agreement with Case Western Reserve University to provide


technical assistance services for the Family Treatment Court, in an amount
not to exceed $10,000 through September 29, 2021.

20-1504 Accept a Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) grant from
the Office of Justice Programs at the U.S. Dept. of Justice, for the
enhancement and funding of the Family Treatment Court, in the amount of
$827,973 through September 30, 2023.

20-1505 Accept a Zero to Three Infant Toddler Court Team grant from the Children’s
Defense Fund – Ohio, for the Court of Common Pleas - Juvenile Division, in
the amount of $68,059 through September 29, 2021.

VI. TREASURER’S OFFICE – Russell M. Joseph, Treasurer

20-1506 Auth. the disbursement of funds from the Treasurer's Delinquent Tax and
Assessment Collection (DTAC) Fund to the Montgomery County Land
Reutilization Corporation, in an amount not to exceed $578,099.88.

VII. BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SERVICES – Pam Combs,


Superintendent

20-1507 Auth. the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services


(MCBDDS) to adopt an Alternative Cash Conversion Policy for the payment
of accrued and unused sick leave at retirement, per Section 124.39 of the
Ohio Revised Code.

20-1510 Auth. a Consulting Agreement with the Butler County Adult Probation
Department for JusticeWeb Interactions and Reports, with a revenue not to
exceed $5,000 through December 31, 2021.

20-1511 Auth. a Service Agreement with Rumpke of Ohio for Old Corrugated
Containers (OCC) and mixed paper recycling services for the Environmental
Services Dept., Solid Waste Group, through November 30, 2023 with
options to extend.

Environmental Services – Matt Hilliard, Director

20-1512 Amend the agreement with Kinnison Excavating, Inc. for construction of the
Seton Hill Water Main Replacement Project, by adding $8,794.77 to the
original amount, for a revised total of $438,143.77.

20-1513 Accept the check and Sub-Divider's Contract from Synergy Building
Systems for the Hospice Congress Park Development, in the amount of
$5,000.

O.M.B. – John Parks, Director

20-1514 Auth. appropriation amendments by transfer that result from 2020 year end
closeout proceedings.

20-1515 Auth. additional appropriations that result from 2020 year end closeout
proceedings.

20-1516 Auth. cash transfers that result from 2020 year end closeout proceedings.

20-1517 Auth. appropriation decreases that result from 2020 year end closeout
proceedings.

20-1518 Auth. appropriation amendments by transfer from General Fund

Amend agreements:

20-1519 Wesley Community Center to support COVID-19 relief activities and


expenses by increasing funds by $58,126 through December 30,
2020, for a revised total not to exceed $147,395.

20-1520 St. Vincent de Paul for improvements to emergency shelter to


mitigate COVID-19 effects for homeless residents, by decreasing the
amount of CARES Act funds by $250,000, for a revised total not to
exceed $7,750,000 through December 30, 2020.

Department of Job & Family Services – Michelle Niedermier, Director

20-1521 Auth. a Data Sharing and Confidentiality Agreement with the


Hamilton County Dept. of Job & Family Services, Dayton Children’s
Hospital, the Ohio Dept. of Job & Family Services, and Children’s
Hospital Medical Center DBA Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical
Center.

Business Services – Chris Williams, Assistant County Administrator

Community & Economic Development – Erik Collins, Director

20-1522 Auth. a Change Order to a Memorandum of Understanding between


Building Regulations and the City of Vandalia for Building Code
Enforcement Shared Services, by increasing the original amount by
$4,950, for a revised total not to exceed $9,950 through December
31, 2022.

County Commissioners

20-1523 Reappoint Jeffrey S. Bush, Sr. to the Dayton-Montgomery County Port


Authority for a term ending December 31, 2024.

20-1524 Reappoint Richard Holmes, William G. Uhl, II, Michael Cromartie, and
Sheila Crane to the Montgomery County Planning Commission for three-
year terms ending December 31, 2023.
