AFFIDAVIT

I, ______________ aged 29 years old (DOB: 02-08-1992), residing at_____________ India, do

hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

 That I am permanent resident of above stated address and currently residing in the same
address.

 That I am an Indian Passport holder having No:________, issued from The

Regional Passport Office, Cochin, Kerala, India.

 That I am married with Mrs ________ on 02/07/2021. We are husband and wife, ever since
then we are maintaining a genuine and stable partnership.

 That my wife _____s now doing full-time permanent job as On-site Project Coordinator at
Hardwall Construction, ON, Canada.

 That my wife is currently residing at 20 ______, Scarborough, ON, Canada, Tel: +1 7_______
and has provided me invitation to visit Canada on work permit visa.

 That my wife, Sherin Mathew has submitted Canadian Permanent Residency application
under Express Entry stream and her application is currently under process. And after our
marriage my Permanent residency application also added along with her application under
her sponsorship and it is currently under process.

 And while our Canadian Permanent Residency Application is under process I would like to
stay with my wife due to family and personal reasons, in case myself or my wife PR
application became ineligible we both will leave Canada within our allowed Visa period.

 And that, I have a Current Savings worth INR 4,17,851(CAD 7,082 approximate) in the name
of myself. In addition I am the successor of moveable and Immovable assets worth INR
2,20,00,000 (3,72,880 CAD Approximate) owned by my father Mr. Kollamala Kuriakose
Mathai, So that I am not dependent upon Canadian social welfare systems.(CA valuation
report attached for reference).

 That I have never received a visa rejection from any country and I enjoy sound health till
now.

 That my relationship with my wife Sherin Mathew is proved through our marriage
certificate, _____________ & ___________ document where my name Albin Mathew is
mentioned as husband/ Spouse/ Nominee.

 That I have extensive responsibility and personal affiliation herein India and under no
circumstances I have any intention to prolong my stay- in Canada and I consider doing so
illegal.
  And That, I have no criminal background to the best of my knowledge and belief till date.
And while in Canada, I will respect all Canadian laws.

All facts stated above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
