Warm Welcome to all the juniors who got through to IBS-Hyderabad.

A lot of things would be running through your mind, as the next 2 years are going to be
different, many new things to explore, meeting new people, and making new friends.

There are a lot of plans going on in your mind … A little nervous (maybe) as it’s
just one month to go, after which your life is going be completely different.

Planning is all what you need for the next 2 years …. Planning; To Stay Organized ….

Don’t worry; we are here to help to you Stay organized.

At this very moment you all must be wondering, what all things I should carry and
what all things I shouldn’t. So here is the document which will help you - To Stay
Organized & help you to plan, the things you must carry all the way to the campus
and the one’s you can buy from the campus.

Things you will need in Campus-

• Bedding

• Blankets, Bed Sheets
• Casual/ Formal clothes (Business Suit Must)

• Extra GSM handset (preferrable)

• Alarm clock unless you use the one in your mobile

• Ethnic wear and ethnic footwear
• Curtains (One normal for a door and one for a double window i.e., half the size of door)

• Scissors/Stapler/Cello Tape

As there are a lot of things you need to carry all the way to the campus.
We have simplified the list so as to reduce the number of items you need
to carry all the way from your place. So, following are few things which
you can buy from Campus and are not needed to be carried from your
Home.
6000Rs or above could be the/is the maximum expense you might have to
bear. You can get things from your home also this list gives you an idea
that if you forgot it don’t worry you can buy it from campus or the shop
near buy.

We hope that all the things used daily or occasionally have been covered in
the above list.

Our main motto is to help you To Stay Organized and keep life simple.

While packing your suitcase, use an exploratory method of packing the

large or oddly shaped clothes and items first and then fitting the smaller
things in the gaps. This will downsize from a huge suitcase to one.

There will be a lot of things you will get to know once you reach
the campus, a lot of Surprises awaiting!!

P.S. For all the Juniors still awaiting call from Hyderabad campus – Please don’t
lose hope, because everything that is done in the world is done by
