Conduction Through Curved Walls Exercises Problem

Name: DEVILLENA, Marianne Angel

Student No. 20190150631
Problem:
A hollow sphere with inner radius of 7.62 cm; outer radius of 12.7 cm; k = 46.14 W/mK
and inside temperature of 426.7 deg C. If the heat from the sphere is 439.6 W, what is
the outside surface temperature of sphere? If a 1 -in layer of 85% magnesia (k = 0.062
W/mK) is wrapped on the outside surface of the sphere, what will be the outer surface
temperature of magnesia? All other data remain the same.
