A. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO USAGE APPLICATION

The Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation, hereinafter referred to as BOS Foundation,

stocks a large range of high-resolution photography and video assets. For members of
the media requesting high-resolution assets, please fill out the form and agreement
below to send to our media relations team at communciations@orangutan.or.id.

activities and make more people can contribute.

B. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO USAGE AGREEMENT

The BOS Foundation grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use individual

photography and video assets for public display, reproduction, and distribution solely
for non-commercial personal use and for editorial and news-related usage related to
the subject matter of the photography and video assets.

I, [insert your name] Ario agung waranto agree to the following:

• I will only use the photography and video assets for the purpose(s) stated in the
form above. In the case of any unauthorized use, I am liable for financial penalty
and/or prosecution under the law.

• I will not distribute or make available any photography and video assets outside of
the specific media and publication channels stated above.

• I will only publish the photography and video assets during the active dates stated
above. I will not archive or store any photography and video assets for future use, or
for the purpose of redistributing or sublicensing the photo for use by others.

• I will not sell the photography and video assets to another party for profit.

• I will not use the photography and video assets for commercial purposes without
express written permission from BOS Foundation.

• I will include the following credit in association with each photo: «BOS Foundation»,
or any credit otherwise expressly required and agreed upon by BOS Foundation.

• I will not manipulate, alter, or distort any photography and video assets. I will not
crop or edit any photography and video assets in a manner that would be
misleading or changes the meaning of the photo and video.

• I will never present any photography and video assets in manner that is demeaning
or encourages the perception that orangutans and sun bears are desirable as pets. I
will only present the assets in contexts that abide by the BOS Foundation ETHICAL
GUIDELINES AND CODE OF CONDUCT.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the above and agree to these
conditions. I understand and accept if I fail to abide by any of the above; my/our
permissions to BOS Foundation assets can be revoked at any time by BOS Foundation.
