Essay. What is the impact of women in organizations?

41-50

Women is good with communication skills or let’s say all women is born with a soft skill. Women have
a huge impact to organizations, the women's participation on management teams have a significant impact
on organizational social motives and outcomes. Companies with more women in leadership positions are
believed to have done a pretty good job of recruiting quality executives from the entire available resource
stream, and will thus be better able to interact with consumers, employees, and other constituents.
Women's management styles are more effective at promoting work / life balance, environmental
sustainability, and team participation. Organizations with a greater percentage of women on their
companies are much more inclined to grant to charity than firms with a lower proportion of female board
members. All of the things that men can do, can be also practiced and proven by women also. Women can
bring success to an organization, because of our communication skills which is a need to every business
firm. Women executives will bring talents, multiple perspectives, and innovative solutions to the table, so
when these three factors are combined, they will help develop new perceptions that will lead to better
business decision-making. And the patience that women has, gives a huge impact in organizations.
