 Elicitation of business logic through documentation of BRD, FRS and Screen logic (UML application
and use of Ms Office suite including Ms Visio) for application development from the University/College
authorities.
 Business Analysis of current processes in the Education domain (with perspective of University/College
authorities & students/end-users); and refining them to make them fit into the system as commonly evolved
