The humble petition of the petitioner begs to state as follows:

1. That today is the date fixed for evidence of the petitioner.

2. That the petitioner could not make contact with his Ld Advocate due
to such reason the petitioner is not aware of todays date.

3. That due to such reason it is not possible to file the evidence today.

It is therefore prayed that your Honour would

graciously be pleased to adjourn the matter
today and further would be pleased to fix another
date for evidence for the ends of justice.
