recognize ideas to shape them into the opportunities

What is an Executive Study?
Short document that summarizes a longer report, proposal, or group of
related reports in such a way that readers can quickly become
acquainted with a large body of material without the need to read it all

Contains a brief statement of the problem, background information,


focused analysis, and main conclusion

Aid to decision making by managers

Why are Feasibility Studies so Important?

Lists in detail all the things needed to make the


business work

Identify business-related problems and


solutions

Develop marketing strategies to convince a


bank or investor that the business is worth
considering as an investment

Serves as a solid foundation for developing the


business plan

Even if there is a great business idea present,


still must find a cost-effective way to market
and sell your products and services
