How do you love to work with people? How do you love to spend your time? What
comes so naturally to you that it doesn’t feel like work at all? Brainstorm at least
10 ideas that you enjoy that also provide value to others. Don’t censor yourself, the
goal here is just to brainstorm ideas that draw upon your key strengths.

What is your customer’s dream? What’s her ultimate fantasy of how your product or
service is delivered? Free flow here and use your imagination and creativity. Come
up with at least 10 fantasies. It doesn’t matter whether you could realistically deliver
them or not, the goal is to challenge yourself to THINK in a new way.

Go back and circle the ideas in question one that you believe customers would want
to pay for. Then circle ideas from question two that you want to provide. These are
potential “sweet spot” offerings where you can provide immense value that customers
are happy to pay for. Use this page to write down your new “sweet spot” offering ideas.

This exercise may have sparked a hot new offering you can roll out immediately.
If you’re brand new in your business, or you’ve come up with an outrageous idea
and you’re not sure if it will work, use the testing methods in our Start The Right

moving ahead.

Final note, we’re about to go very, very, very deep into your customer’s psychology
via the Ideal Customer Avatar exercise so if you got stumped on this one, don’t
