Kindly make reference to the above heading.

We have prepared a list of roads which have developed distresses or failures well
before their typical lives have been attained.

The information provided covers the designed pavement structure, possible causes of
failures and recommendations on remedial measures.

Attached with this Memo, kindly find a summary of the above-mentioned information in
a tabular form.
