IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER (ICPO/LOI) FOR: CONTRACT 12 MONTHS

QUANTITY FOR FIRST MONTH TRIAL WITH: 50,000 / MT. for first month trial with rolls and extension.

CIF PRICE：420.00/MT (Including the rebate of Commission USD 10.00/ tons)
DELIVERY: TTO/ CIF
LOADING PORT: Seller’s option
DESTINATION PORT: Buyer's option China Tianjin Port.
CONTRACT PERIOD: Contract 10 months with rolls & extensions
TERMS OF PAYMENT: Buyer Issue payment (MT103) for the total cost of the product loaded to buyer’s.

THIS TRANSACTION PROCEDURE IS NON NEGOTIABLE Basis of Delivery:

CIF as defined in INCOTERMS 2010/13 to any Port / Water.

PAYMENT TERMS:
a.) The Buyer's bank will issue an Irrevocable, Auto - Revolving, Unconditional and Confirmed Standby
Letter of Credit /MT 760/799 BLOCKED FUND covering one (1) month's shipment value payable after
arrival and inspection of the goods at the port of destination.

b.) Actual payment will be made by SWIFT MT103 Wire Transfer within Three (3) days of arrival of the vessel
and inspection and Dip Test by SGS and or other on a per shipment basis against presentation of the shipping
documents stated on the contract at Buyer's bank.

FOR AND ON BEHALF OF:

1. Agree with mentioned prices, terms, conditions and procedures which are included.

2. Agree Issue payment (MT103) for the total cost of the product loaded to buyer’s vessel. Agree to send supplier an
ICPO addressed to The Vice President, Master Energy Group, Thru: ERESERE & CO. NIG. LTD. and send to
Seller facilitator the NCNDA / IMPA notarized, along with the CI, MOU, signed, once received from the Seller.

3. We, the buyer confirm that this ICPO and our negotiations will be Thru ERESERE & CO. NIG. LTD, by this reason,
this ICPO annuls any document or any other ICPO, and may not be accepted other documentations of our
company, after the date of issuance of this ICPO, by any other route, or person who is not indicated in this ICPO.

4. We agree with everything, including prices, terms, conditions and procedures, with full banking details of the
buyer and the complete information of the buyer’s company (address, contact persons, telephone number, fax
number, e-mail etc.).
