Management style
Trail Blazer’s management style is where in we not only focus on our
customers but our employees as well. We give out bonuses or
incentives to those who becomes an “Employee of the Month” this way
all employees are motivated to treat all customers with satisfaction.

Leaves and absences

-Employees are entitled to 12 days of vacation/sick leave. An employee

receives an accrued leave of 1 day every month.
- Any unauthorized absences or late is an automatic salary deduction.
- Each employee should work 5 days a week and 2 days day off.
Rules in TRAILBLAZER
-wear prescribed uniform.
-do not use mobile phone while on duty.
-do not smoke.
-late coming or overstaying in restroom at lunch break.
-eating in prohibited areas.
-absence without permission.
-disrespect to management and clients.
