Here are the rules during the examination:

1. In entering the information in google forms exam, make sure to input the full name of the
student.
2. Students should attend the google meet assembly before he/she can receive the examination
link.
3. The examination link will be sent to the student’s gmail account during the assembly.
4. No one can turn off the camera during the examination. It should be always open while the
microphone should be turned off.
5. If the student will turn off the camera during examination, he/she will automatically have a 10
points deduction in his/her final score.
6. For those students who will have internet failure like lagging, glitching, they must go to school
to take the exam.
7. For preschool – grade 3, the teacher will be the one to read the questions.
8. If the teacher will be the one to have an internet/technical failure, students should pause the
exam and wait for the teacher to come back. Once the teacher returns, camera should still be
open and that is the time that they can continue the exam.
9. Make sure to double check every item in the exam.
10. Students should put away books, notebooks, cellphone etc. while taking the exam.
11. Do not forget to turn in/hand in mark as done your examination after you submitted it.
12. Wear your school uniform.
13. START OF CHRISTMAS BREAK WILL BE ON DECEMBER 19.
RESUME OF CLASSES WILL BE ON JANUARY 4, 2021.
