GRADUATE SCHOOL ENROLMENT FLOW for CONTINUING/RETURNEE STUDENTS

1. PAYMENT OF BACK ACCOUNT (IF ANY) AND ENTRANCE/RE-ENROLMENT FEE FOR PAYING
STUDENT
Payment options:
a. DBP Bank Deposit (Graduate School/Undergraduate/DTS/DTE/LSD-Junior HS
• Account name: EVSU TACLOBAN CAMPUS - STF
• Acct. No.: 000-00267-775-1
PRE-REGISTRATION
Note: Students must write their complete name and student number in the Deposit slip

b. EVSU Cashier Section

Entrance Fee is PhP1,500 across programs & campuses, PhP200 for re-enrollment fee
(Dissertation Writing/Thesis Writing/MEP400/RD565.10/MSIT241/MPRM565.9)

2. FILL-OUT STUDENT LOAD FORM


• Student Load Form can be downloaded via FB PAGE: Search EVSU-GRADUATE
SCHOOL (https://www.facebook.com/EVSUGS)
• Offered subjects and Program Prospectus are posted on GS FB page as their guide.

Note: Only three (3) subjects for Part-time and Four (4) subjects for Full-time

• Scan/take photo and email in pdf format the duly filled-out Student Load Form &
evidence of payment for paying students to evsugs.student02@gmail.com

3. PORTAL REGISTRATION (STUDENT)


• Visit https://apps.evsu.edu.ph/students/login

4. EVALUATION OF GRADES/ADVISING/CONTROLLING/ASSESSMENT (GS-STAFF)


• Checking of emailed Proof of Payment and Student Load form
• Checking of grades and subjects taken
• Advising and controlling of subjects to be taken
• Assessing the tuition fees, miscellaneous fees and other fees
ENROLMENT • Printing of COR

Feb.8-19, 2021 5. APPROVAL OF COR (Dean)


• Checking the completeness of requirements before signing of COR
• Transmitting the approved COR to the Registrar’s Office for official registration

6. REGISTRATION

(Registrar’s Office)
• Checking of CORs, and payment records in the system
• Register student enrolment
Notes: Students may view their student portal for verification of enrollment status &
assessment

7. ATTEND CLASSES VIRTUALLY


• Attend classes as scheduled

1. SUBMISSION OF SCANNED REQUIREMENTS


a) Send the following requirements to evsugs.newstudent@gmail.com
• Transcript of Records
• ID Picture (2x2)
• PRC License (for Master of Engineering Program only)
• Transfer Credentials (transferee)

2. CHECKING OF REQUIREMENTS (GS-STAFF)


• Students with complete requirements are subject for Interview

3. POSTING OF SCHEDULE OF INTERVIEW


• Google Meet links and name of Interviewers will be posted via FB page. PRE-REGISTRATION

4. INTERVIEW
• Interview of students as scheduled
• Endorsement of the list of qualified students to the GS staff

5. POSTING OF RESULTS

6. FILL-OUT STUDENT DATA FORM


• Qualified student will fill-out Student Data Form; can be downloaded via FB Page:
Search EVSU-GRADUATE SCHOOL (https://www.facebook.com/EVSUGS)
• Send fully accomplished Student Data Form to evsugs.newstudent@gmail.com
• Generating of Student ID Numbers (GS-STAFF)
• Student will be informed of their ID numbers via email.

Note: New Student cannot pay their entrance fee at DBP without their Student ID
number (If the student is an undergraduate alumni or was once enrolled in
undergraduate courses in EVSU (who has already EVSU ID number) student ID number
is still the same.

• Certificate of Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal for Transferees
• PRC result (photocopy) for students taking Masters in Engineering
