1. In what activities did your heart rate reach above 180? Why do you think it occurred?
-Running and jogging are two of the most popular forms of
cardiovascular exercise. These two activities make my heart rate reach above 180. You will raise your heart rate while maintaining a steady and consistent pace during this exercise. Cardio exercise is defined as any activity that causes your heart to beat faster. Aerobic exercise raises your heart rate and improves circulation and blood flow throughout your body. Exercise not only strengthens your heart, but it also improves the functioning of your lungs and allows your body to make the best use of oxygen. If you engage in cardiovascular exercise on a regular basis, you may lower your blood pressure and overall heart rate, putting less strain on your most important organ. 2. In what activities did your heart rate reach from 150 to 180? Why do you think that occurred?
-Doing vigorous physical activities will make your heart rate
reach 150 to 180 heart rate per minute. It happens because when you are physically active, your heart and lungs work harder to supply the additional oxygen your muscles need. Vigorous and other types of exercise makes your muscles stronger, it also makes your lungs and heart stronger.
