about Campus and also many things so we thought about this problem and make an
application Regarding this situation.

We observed that in collage many student and parents visit collage and they have no
idea about which place located in which? And also new admission student no have basic
idea of collage regarding events,sports week and other notification so that our application
give all things about collage.

1. Explain briefly Ideation thought process and efforts of your team to reach ideas for listed
problems.

In current situation student have faced regarding notification or update detail of collage
and other our application give notification regarding collage and also give live location
and detail of collage places and also student take result of use this app.

2. Enlist any five effective ideas to address the probable listed problems with reason.

We make an application this used our institute students and faculty. Faculty give update
of exam or timetable and any other things in this app and also student receive this alert
message uses of application.student also check result.

3. Explain the most effective possible solution proposed for the problem.

We make an application so that its help to solve all problem of institute .Because current
event photos or video are upload different platform so use this app only required to
upload in this app so all student receive this media easily.

4. Explain the features, functions and working principles/technology/pattern of your

proposed solution.

Our solution is to make an application this application help to student and faculty to work
easily. Faculty upload result ,timetable , notice, in this site and also student get memories
campus detail, activity regarding messages ,tech fest ,sports week all regarding message.

MONTHLY ASSESSMENT -III (Detail Design, Prototype and Test phase)

1. Which theoretical subjects/concepts are involved with your project? How it is useful to
your project?

In this project we used java language, java script, designing concept , and other
database management system and also fire base used in our project.

2. Which software/design tool/Skills you have learned/applied during the project? Explain
the features of it.

ANDROID STUDIO : we make an application using this software in this software

we used java and advance java also using frame work we make design view of our
Application. In android studio we use various type of version so we can easily work
in designing we easily design the app using framework. In this visual layout editor used
its also connect with fire base.making this app we improve java language and designing
skill. And also we learned how to make android app easily.

3. Explain the prototype/model prepared by the student/team.

In prototype we make design view of our application in first login page . in we use g mail
id To login and first user used sign up page to registration after welcome page. Then
then open home page in this we add icon direct open various option and after drop down
menu in this we add many various menu after add logout option.

 4. What are the materials, technology, things have utilized to make the prototype/model?

We used android studio so we used laptop or computer to run android studio. And also
run program in developer mode . make an application we used latest technology. We
make prototype in adobe xd in this we design proper in this software.

5. How many Iterations have you done to reach final solution? Explain modification/revise
parameters/characteristics for each iteration.

3 iteration have we done to reach final solution

1) designing iteration:very difficult to make attractive and simple design.
2) Coding iteration: in this coding we face error and very used to time to solve this error.
3) Testing: in this ,we complete work after testing all things so in this we find mistake
solve it.
6. What is the scope of the project? How you are planning to implement it in future?

Our collage no have this type of application so we implement this project very use full
to all campus staff like student faculty and also other members using this app we easily
work and increasing interaction with each other.
