SC-38 ROYAL COMMISSION-FURNISHED UTILITIES AND FACILITIES Utilities: The utilities listed below will be furnished by the Royal Commission without cost, as specified, below, to Contractor; provided that all such utilities will be furnished only at outlets existing at the Site; and Contractor shall, at its expense, extend such utilities from such existing outlets to the points of use and at completion of the Work shall remove all materials and equipment used for such extensions. Contractor shall also regulate its usage of such utilities to avoid overuse in accordance with the instructions of the Royal Commission. “NONE” Facilities The facilities listed below will be furnished by the Royal Commission, not later than the delivery dates indicated below. Such facilities may be used by Contractor without charge, provided that any such use will be subject to the prior written approval of the Royal Commission; and provided further that Contractor shall be responsible, at its expense, for maintenance and repair of such facilities to the extent specified in such written approval of the Royal Commission.
