DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, made and entered into by and between BIENVENIDO
OSORES, Filipino, of legal age, married to ____________________, a resident of Salvacion, Busuanga,
Palawan, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR, represented by AIDA O. DOMINGUEZ, Filipino, of legal
age, a resident of _____________________________________;

AND

ISRAEL Y. SANCHEZ, Filipino, of legal age, married to ____________________ with residence


and postal address at hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH

That the Vendor is the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated at Salvacion, Busuanga,
Palawan, Philippines, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 065-2018001079, Survey No. PSD-4B-
009279 Lot No. 19-E-4 and Tax Declaration No. 18-07-001-1078 with a total area of FIVE THOUSAND
SEVENTY FOUR (5,074) SQUARE METERS; and he hereby sells, transfers and conveys a portion of said
property which portion is properly delineated in attached Subdivision Plan No. _________________with the
following technical description, to wit:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

A part of the parcel of land under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 065-2018001079, Survey No.
PSD-4B-009279 Lot No. 19-E-4 and Tax Declaration No. 18-07-001-1078 with an area of FOUR
HUNDRED (400) SQUARE METERS particularly bounded on the North by Lot No 19-E-4-A; on the East
by the Proposed Road and on the South by Lot No. 19-E-4-C and on the West by the Proposed Road.

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the above premises the parties hereto hereby agree and stipulate
as follows:

1. That for and in consideration of the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P100,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Vendor
and to his entire satisfaction, the Vendor hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS to the
VENDEE, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns the above described portion of lot
including all improvements found thereon if there be any;

2. That the Vendor hereby authorizes the Vendee or his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns to immediately take possession of the said area of 400 sq. meters sold to the latter
and to perform all acts of ownership and all things or matters that may be necessary for the
protection and preservation of the form and substance of subject property sold..

3. That the Vendor hereby warrants that the property is free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto affix their respective signatures this
