Club Town, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneshwar – 751024, do hereby solemnly swear affirm

1. I am the Petitioner and the Director of the Company in the Company Petition and as
such I am well acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the instant case. I am
competent to sign this petition and affirm this affidavit on behalf of the Petitioners.

knowledge and information derived from the records and those contained in
paragraphs are my humble submission before this Hon’ble Board.
