FRUITS AT BATU CITY
Most of the residents of Batu City make their
main livelihood as farmers. Apple plants are
the type of commodity that is most widely
cul�vated in Batu city, besides apples there
are several agricultural commodi�es such as
vegetables, flowers and other fruit commodi-
�es such as oranges and crystal guava

Anna apple
Is an introduc�on plant, which was developed in 1980.
With the name of the ini�al variety, Jonathan Apple.
The characteris�c of this apple is the color of the skin
of the fruit which is red to orange.
Anna apple is one of the leading apple varie�es

Crystal Guava
Is a herbaceous plant origina�ng from mainland
Central America. Then, this plant spread to several
countries in Asia, such as Indonesia and Taiwan.
Crystal guava plants can grow, develop and bear fruit op�mally
in areas with rainfall intensity between 2,000 – 3,000 mm/year

Persimmon
A type of fruit from the genus Diospyros.
This plant is also known as the foot fruit,
or in English it is called Oriental.
Its scien�fic name is Diospyros kaki
