An Unusual Day

A few days ago I was gone camping with my best

friend Mike and his girlfriend Ioana. We decided to go
somewhere around the Bucegi mountains as we always
shared a common appreciation for this part of Romania.
Everything was normal untill the last night of our
trip. Somewhere around 10 am, in the middle of the
night, we heard a loud bang right next to our camp. Me
and Mike decided to go see what happend over there,
because Ionana was still asleep and we didn’t want to
wake her up . It appeared as if someone, or something
cut down 5 trees in a row. “ Woah, That’s very strange! “
was my only reaction. Mike told me it could’ve been a
man trying to steal some wood, because in Romania this
is a common thing. But I didn’t think so , I didn’t want to
think like him. It wasn’t normal for 5 trees to be cut in a
straight line, and even if it was a man, why didn’t we
hear all of the 5 trees fall down one by one ? Who
could’ve cut 5 trees instantly ? As we walked back to our
camp, we heard a loud scream saying : “MIKE!”. Oh, no,
that was Ioana ! Mike screamed back to me. We began
running to see what was going on over there. When we
got there, Ioana was very scared but, she was also ok.
We started packing things fast without getting an
explanation from her, because we were so scared that
getting out of that forest was the only thing we wanted
to do. Fortunately, my car started fast and we were
gone from there in minutes.When we got home, Mike
asked Ioana what she saw, and she started to explain
that her flashlight was goin on and off uncontrollably,
making her wake up.
I still don’t know what happend that day, but I’m
happy to say that we got out of there alive.
