BSNLED-PRAY/28/11/2020-Persl Dated 19,10.2020. am directed to refer the above letters and subsequent reminders and to say that on the basis st information / details furnished by respective Circles, a Provisional Eligibility List-3 of JTOs has been prepared and the copy of the same is forwarded herewith, The said list of JTOs has been prepared based ‘on the guidelines / instructions issued by DOPST / DOT / BSNL from time to time. ‘The Provisional All India Eligibility Uist-3 of JTOs has been prepared for the Recruitment year 2009 to 2012 of all OC/SC/STITOs. The sald list (Annexure) may be given wide publicity among the concerned executives and ‘objections / omissions / errors in the list may be intimated by the eligible officers to Corporate Office and to GM /OGAY(HR) / Admn of respective Circles latest by 15° September, 2021. The respective Circles may send all the objections / errors / omissions received on the subject to this office, after duly verifying from the service records available in the Circle Office by 29° September, 2021 on the email id: agmpersdpcim@gmail.com. Circle should ensure the following: 1, Many objections / errors / omissions received from the concerned, the Circle must send the data only in the prescribed format as circulated in the AIEL-3. Recruiting Circles have to ensure that the required information of JTOs working in non- recruiting Circles pertaining to recruitment year 2009 to 2012 must be included in their Circle data after verification of their service record.
