Introduction
CINDRANITA Laboratory and Clinic began operations on June 15, 2011 and have
received operating licenses from the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Industry’s National
Directorate of Domestic Trade NO.: LPA No. 23943/MTCI/X/2011 and the Ministry of
Health Register No. 65/MS-DG/01/2012. CINDRANITA Laboratory and Clinic is located
on the Presidente Nicolau Lobato, Dili Fatuhada which is the main highway in Dili as one
of the central office and a busy trade.

B. Vision and Mission

CINDRANITA Laboratory & Clinic had a vision to improve the quality of public health
and participating in health development in the State of Timor Leste. With a clear mission
that is:

1. Provides a means of laboratory services that are fast, convenient, accurate results, and
reliable.
2. Provides a means of professional physician practice.
3. Provide other support services facility that ultrasound, ECG and X- Ray to support the
course of therapy to patients.
4. Provide Consulting services medicine and other information required patients to get
optimal medical therapy.
5. Provide comfort to the patient while undergoing treatment or awaiting the examination
process.
6. Provide the best service and Professional.
7. Ready to establish good cooperation with all parties for the purpose of increasing the
health of the whole society and the State of Timor – Leste.
